Tl- the contact owns a 2008 BMW 528i us a. The contact stated that the brake light and turning signal on the left side of the vehicle does not illuminate when needed as the left light rear malfunction warning light illuminated. The contact also stated that while operating the turning signal it flicks rapidly on the dash board but wont illuminate on the outside of the vehicle. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer or independent mechanic for a diagnostic test or repair. The VIN was not included in the NHTSA campaign number:13v407000(exterior lighting).
