Tl the contact owns a 2014 BMW 528i. While driving approximately 15 mph, a loud bang was heard from the front end of the vehicle and the drive train malfunction indicator illuminated. The vehicle was pulled over to the side of the road and the driver noticed oil flowing out of the vehicle. The vehicle was towed to otto's BMW (610)-399-6800, 1275 wilmington pike, westchester, PA) where it was diagnosed that the front driveshaft detached and damaged the oil pan, pump, and transmission pan.
