Wiper Problems of BMW 528

Tl- the contact owns a 2015 BMW 528i. The contact stated that while driving at approximately 70 mph, there was a loud noise that sounded like an explosion that was coming from inside of the vehicle. The the contact coasted to the side of the road to see what had exploded and noticed that the sunroof had shatter without impact. The contact was driving to the residence. The vehicle was later taken to BMW of gwinnett place dealership 3264 commers Ave, duluth, GA 30096 (770) 476-8800 but was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and informed the contact to called his insurance and did not offer further assistance. The approximate failure mileage was 19,000. Aw.

The contact owns a 2009 BMW 528i. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the rear driver side view mirror would inadvertently move towards the front of the vehicle causing the driver not to have the ability to view vehicles out of the mirror. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 80,000. The VIN was unavailable.

While driving down the street at 40 mph I heard a loud explosion type sound. I pulled over after making sure it was safe and noticed my sunroof glass had shattered into a million pieces. It looked as if it had exploded from within the car outwards. I contacted the dealer and BMW of America and both said that it was not recalled and they had not heard of any incidents such as that. BMW of America suggested I take my car into the dealer and have them examine it at my expense.
