One problem related to windshield has been reported for the 2004 BMW 530. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
I have now replaced 4 windshields on my car within the last 2 years. This is on the same road that I have commuted on for the past 10 years. The windshield replacements started with the purchase of this car. 3 previous cars did not have any problems.
