Tire Problems of BMW 530

We purchased two identical new pirelli p zero p245/35/zr20 91y tires and had them professionally installed. The mechanic noticed that after installation one of the tires pulled hard to one side. The vehicle was aligned but the issue persisted, so they moved the tire to the other vehicle side. Now the vehicle pulled to that side, at which point we were told the problem was the tire, either a belt separation or other internal tire manufacturing defect. They suggested we contact the manufacturer and get a warranty replacement tire. We have been trying for weeks to get a replacement tire sent out from pirelli, but they have been unwilling to work with us.

Need assistance with the replacement of a defective bridgestone tire (rsc-re050a-245/40r18-93w) bridgestone potenza tire with 25k miles damage originally reported at 23,000 miles. Tire has busted radial belt and is still under warranty. Company advises since I purchased the car in may 08 as a used vehicle from carmax the tire warranty is only covered with the original owner of the vehicle. I need to know if this is in fact correct. What happened to the warranty for the tire? is that not transferable with the car? carmax is giving me the run around saying the tires are covered under the bridgestone warranty. Please advise what my rights are ASAP. I am riding around on this tire not knowing when it is going to blow out on me. Thank you, dorsell williams.

I have a 2004 BMW 530i with "run flat" tires. The rear set of tires outside tread seemed to be in good condition and the front tires were also in good shape however, when I took the car in to rotate the tires the rear set of tires were completely worn on the inside and the tread was beginning to separate from the rest of the tire. This was the an observation made by the service manager, susan, at rouse tires in oakland, California. As of 5/1/2008, I have replaced all four tires.
