Air Conditioner Problems of BMW 535

This complaint has to do with BMW model 535i air conditioner for vehicles with a production date prior to 2013. The ac condenser is known for premature failure due to corrosion, as identified in BMW service bulletin si b64 10 15 (attached). I contacted BMW alexandria virginia, passport BMW maryland and BMW north american, all told me my vehicle was out of warranty and I needed to pay for the repairs. I believe this is a defective part that should fall under a recall for replacement by BMW. For the BMW owners who are unable to pay for the repair, this becomes a safety issue due to the extreme heat during the summer months.
