Fuel Pump problems of the 2012 BMW 550

The contact owns a 2012 BMW 550i gran turismo. The contact stated that while her son was driving at 45 mph, the vehicle loss power and stalled without warning. The contact was told that there was no recall. The manufacture was made aware of the failure and stated that there was no recall. The vehicle was not repaired.
