The contact owns a 2006 BMW 525i. While driving 35 mph, the contact drove over a pothole and the rear passenger side rim split in half. The tire was completely shredded into two pieces. She pulled over and had the vehicle towed to the dealer. The mechanic stated that the driver was at fault because they were not willing to assume responsibility for the repairs.
