The contact owns a 2006 BMW 525 I. The contact stated that the rear window seal that holds the rear window in place was dried and cracked. As a result, the seal began to detach from the window. The dealer stated that the contact would have to pay $350 plus tax for the repair. The manufacturer stated that they would investigate the failure and call the contact back later in the week.
