The contact stated that while driving at various speeds that in order for the brakes to cause a complete stop the contact had to put an abnormal amount of pressure on the brake pedal. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who diagnosed that the hose needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired however, the dealer informed the contact of other repairs that needed to be completed for the repair for the brake system. The contact stated that the vehicle was included in NHTSA campaign number: 10v446000 (service brakes, hydraulic) which indicates that the components and consequence related to the recall was in direct relation to the failure of the vehicle. The remedy for the recall states that any repairs would be done and decided upon the dealer free of charge however, the dealer only completed one necessary repair free of charge. The vehicle's repair is not complete. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The approximate failure mileage was 145,000. Gl.

The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 54,000.

The contact took the vehicle to the dealer for the recall repair but the dealer advised that the vehicle was not included in the recall. The failure mileage was 62,000.
