Vehicle Speed Control problem #1

Tl- the contact owns a 2007 BMW 650i. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds and depressing the brake pedal, the vehicle independently accelerated with out warning. The contact was able to stop the vehicle before rear-ending another vehicle. The contact also stated that while attempting to accelerate there would be throttle lag, and the vehicle would hesitate to move after the independent acceleration. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 117,250. Wh.

Vehicle Speed Control problem #2

Tl-the contact owns a 2006 BMW 650i. The contact stated that while driving 35 mph during cold weather, the engine electronic control unit (ecu) was affected by an electrostatic discharge that occurred at the fuel rails causing the engine to stalled. As a result, the vehicle decelerated and the power steering failed. The vehicle was taken to the dealer. The technician diagnosed that the thermostat and hoses needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue and advised the contact that the VIN was not included in recall NHTSA campaign number: 07v479000(engine and engine cooling). The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 86,000. Bp.

Vehicle Speed Control problem #3

So the issue I'm experiencing happens while in motion randomly (driving) with my 2013 BMW 650 xi grand coupe. ! as I'm driving , the dash board and the BMW idrive displays all major malfunctions with my 2013 BMW 650xi grand coupe . Then my BMW proceeds to shake , slows down and then your unable to accelerate pass 20-30 mph. Within a min the entire car shuts down. It's very hard to steer once it shuts down because the car battery is completely dead & unable to give it a boost . It's very scary having a car powering down when you are driving on a major highway or major roads were you have huge tracker trailers trucks passing you by . It's very hard to cut several lanes of highway in a powerless car in order to get to safety ! this 2013 BMW 650xi grand coupe is terrifying to drive ! it has left me and my family in horrible situations to the point that one wrong move and we can possible die!.
