November 2023 we purchased 4 new continental purecontact LS 245/45/r19 from discount tire in evansville indiana. We’ve driven almost 17,000 miles on the tires. Noticed 2 tires are splitting on the sidewall near the tread. The one I’m reporting is dangerously split (resembles a re-tread tire).
