One problem related to other fuel system has been reported for the 2007 BMW 750. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Near miss a couple times. . . . . . . . . . Whenever sitting still for a period of time then go to take off there is a big bluish gray smoke cloud. At the same time the car will take off then do a jerky stop and go again. I've almost been rear ended many of times. If sitting somewhere for longer then 2-3 minutes the car is surrounded by this smoke. Its a known issue with BMW. To me this is a safety issue along with environmental and health issue.
