Transmission Gear Slipping problems of the 2007 BMW 750

Three problems related to transmission gear slipping have been reported for the 2007 BMW 750. The most recently reported issues are listed below.

1 Transmission Gear Slipping problem

Failure Date: 04/14/2017

Transmission slips into park at a light. County street. Did it to three drivers.

2 Transmission Gear Slipping problem

Failure Date: 03/03/2014

Tl- the contact owns a 2007 BMW 750li. The contact stated that there had been no concerns with the vehicle before the recall repair. The contact had the recall repair for NHTSA campaign id number: 12v502000 (electrical system, power train) and after the repair the contact had noticed the transmission slipping gears at random. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer who was to inspect, diagnose and repair the vehicle. The manufacturer was notified that the failure started after the recall repair. The approximate failure mileage was 75000. Dyd.

3 Transmission Gear Slipping problem

Failure Date: 06/06/2010

Transmission slips and slams into gear frequently transitioning from 2-1 or 1-2. I've taken it to the dealer, they replaced computer systems and updated software but the problem still exists.
