Steering problem #1

I am the owner of a 2006 BMW 760 li, purchased in late 2008 from a georgia dealership and shipped to honolulu. My wife is the primary and daily user of said vehicle. Currently, I'm so afraid for my wife, passengers and myself when entering this vehicle due to it's unsafe and hazardous state. I don't know what to do or if I have a right to but, I'm hoping for assistance to have my vehicle operating again in proper working condition. The following complaints are with BMW of honolulu (boh) service department. I chose boh because I thought they were the most reputable and best qualified BMW service center here in hawaii, so I thought. First complaint, coolant low lite illuminated on at least five separate occasions. System was troubleshot, parts replaced and still leaking approximately 4 cups per month, I was charged for replacement of parts. 2nd complaint, reported driver side window inop. After techs troubleshot, quote of $381. 25/window motor, $250. 50/labor. Later, regulator and lift assembly were also replaced. My charge was $1197. 08. Third complaint: boh service rep insisted front tires require change. Week prior, safety check was done. My charge was $1429. 99. Fourth complauint: reported display icons illuminated. As boh techs troubleshot, they incurred five shorted faults while attempting to volt check across various modules and switch cluster/s. Service rep told me to take my car off their property because he didn¿t want to work on it anymore. When I requested he send a shuttle to pick up my wife, he said, no, take your car out of here. These are just brief scenarios of really what happened. I would like to go into more detail.

Power Steering Pump problem #2

Had vehicle diagnosed for stalling, rough idling, loss of power, and shutting off in traffic. First BMW repair facility, "low pressure fuel pump output, and high pressure pumps verified vehicle has extended crank. Read out fault memory and found no relative faults stored. Proceeded to performed low pressure system check. Found output pressure low and after vehicle shut off system leaking back. Proceeded to replace intake fuel pump and fuel filter. " problem was still present 3 days later. Submitted vehicle into another repair facility where a BMW technician works on weekends to receive information from the facility owner, that BMW technician cannot touch my vehicle. Submitted vehicle into a 3rd repair facility to find that both high pressure fuel pumps have failed, "replace both high pressure fuel pumps, replace fuel tank pressure leak diag pump. " BMW repair facility was aware of this faulty reading before fixing a part that was not broken. They know their high pressure fuel pumps are faulty.
