The contact owns a 2006 BMW 750. The contact stated that she placed both feet on the brake pedal in order to bring the vehicle to a stop. The vehicle was taken to a local mechanic who stated that the diagnostic test located the failure as the brake assist system and the vehicle would not pass state inspection, because of the brake failure. The dealer was contacted and stated that recall 10v446000 service brakes hydraulic power assist vacuum remedy wasn't available; therefore, they couldn't repair the vehicle. The vehicle wasn't repaired. The failure and the current mileages were 95,826.
