The contact owns a 2002 BMW M3. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, all of the exterior lamps would sporadically fail. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who was unable to diagnose the failure. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure who did not offer any assistance since the vehicle was not included in any recalls. The vehicle was not repaired.
