One problem related to windshield has been reported for the 2008 BMW M3. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
My windshield easily gets rock chips and dents. It appears that any rocks/pebbles that hit the windshield result in a dent. I only have 1,300 miles on the vehicle and already have about 4 chips in the windshield it easily becomes tarnished.
