Wheel Problems of BMW M3

Wheel problem #1

Tires are manufactured by federal (taiwan import). Tread is delaminating over the entire cross-section of tread, tire under 3 years old with less than 5k miles. Wide-spread issue per google. Tires have been used for regular road-driving in NJ. No accident has taken place (yet).

Wheel problem #2

Inspection by two mechanics shows cracks in the subframe holding the back wheels. There was a legal case involving this defect that was settled by BMW which was to fix the problem and notify all owners of 3 series BMW's about the defect so it could be fixed. They never informed me of defect and have staled on the repair.

Wheel problem #3

My 2003 BMW M3 has cracked wheel which causes tire to go flat which is a very bg safety hazard. This tires goes flat 2 times per week.

Wheel problem #4

While attempting to make a turn traveling 10mph consumers heard a loud noise from the rear. Upon inspection of vehicle consumer found tire was bent. Dealer was contacted, and found that wheel mount tore away from frame. Dealer will not repair free of charge due to the fact that was not covered under warranty. Please provide further details.
