Air Bag Problems of BMW M6

My 2016 M6 BMW gran coupe, as if Sep. 27. 2024 I have passengers restrain and airbag malfunction , so many BMW owner's complain about this issue in the pass, it’s dangerous in case of an accident, please help with this issue ?????? god bleess.

Passenger side have no power and passenger restraint failed,.

1. I found the same issues the same as the NHTSA posted the recall number 20v094000 for my car. The 3rd brake lights starting lose and I bring my car to BMW dealership and they told me my car is not flag on it. The same year and the same model has the same problem but my car is not under the recall list. I have the BMW invoice and identify the problem is the 3rd brake lights screws lose and need replace. 2. Just start my car and the passager airbag lights on. I haven't got any collision and just start the car at morning then the car shows the airbag malfunction. Scary to drive . . . Any help for my case ?.

I have decided to contact you after reading the article on BMW recalling vehicles with defects. The reason is that its been 3 years that we are trying to get any reply ( in vain) from BMW group and BMW representative office here in georgia/tbilisi the BMW car that we have purchased back in 2007 model 650 ci. It was advertised as one of the most safest cars worldwide. In February 2007 we had an accident where the driver was severely injured and the passenger passed away immediately. As later the police report as well as independent experts report stated, the fatal accident could have been prevented if airbags opened (please see attached photos of the accident and of the person that passed away). As shown by the expertise, the vehicle had a factory defect, due to which the airbags did not function when the accident happened. We have learned later that this was not the single case, when the airbags of this particular cars did not open during the accidents. Our lawyers have addressed BMW representative office here in georgia as well as BMW group for further investigations, but BMW has simply ignored us. They do not reply to our queries and ignore our calls. We have been desperate in the past few years searching for justice, the company silently denies its fault, which cased the death of a person - a father of 2 little girls of 2 and 4 years old. . . . I do hope that you will transfer this information to the relevant authorities or inform the larger public, so that people are aware of the "luxury dangerous for life BMW M650 ci model cars".
