2 Engine Cooling System problem

Tl-the contact owned a 2009 BMW X3. The contact stated that while driving approximately 20 mph, white smoke started to emerge from the engine compartment. The contact pulled over to the side of the road and noticed sparks from the engine to the ground and then a fire started. The fire department extinguished the fire and issued a report.
