The passenger’s side door handle had split down the middle and was peeling. The driver's side door was melted and had detached. There were no warning lights illuminated. The contact called the local dealer and declined to assist. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and referred the contact to the NHTSA hotline. The failure mileage was approximately 52,000.
