I traded a 2021 X3 sdrive on a 2024 X3 sdrive. I immediately noticed a steering wheel vibration/buzz feeling at 1100-1200 rpm. Long story short, apparently BMW has removed the top dampers on the front struts on the 2024 model. They, BMW na, say they aren't needed and that the vehicle "meets us specs". The vibration is almost like the lane departure vibration you get.
