Two problems related to door latch have been reported for the 2000 BMW X5. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
None of the rear doors will lock or shut properly. While driving doors have come opened. Please provide more information.
Door lock will lock and unlock when switch is used, but the door latch will not release when in unlocked position. Consumer had to crawl out through window. BMW has been contacted.
