Tl- the contact owns a 2002 BMW X5. The contact stated after having the vehicle was serviced for recall repair on NHTSA campaign number: 17v047000 (air bags), the horn would active on it's own. The vehicle was taken 5 times to local dealer BMW of murray located at 4735 state st, murray, ut 84107, (801) 262-2479, where it was unable to have any remedy for the failure. The contact stated after the last repair the steering wheel was not aligned, the cruise control does not function. The volume control button and horn failed to function. The contact stated air bag warning light was illuminated. The vehicle has not been repaired as of yet. The manufacturer has been informed of failure. The failure mileage was 150,368. Dp.
