While driving to the store my husband notice the vehicle began to over heat. After only driving less than 2 miles the vehicle was parked at my home, it suddenly burst into flames from the engine an hour later. Gratefully, no one was in the vehicle during the incident. We are a family of 5 so that would have been a disgrace. The vehicle was inspected by BMW who claim they can not find cause and deny responsibility. It is unfortunate, our insurance canceled for non-payment a short time before this. Therefore, we have no resource to make us whole again. The vehicle is being temporarily held at BMW of coconut creek as this is where it was purchased. Meanwhile, my husband continues to make payments to BMW finance to protect his credit. Research has shown over hundreds of thousands of like make and models BMW x 6 have been recalled for the same incident from 2012 - 2018 and I can' t help but believe the 2019 should be placed on recall as well before someone is hurt. I can use any advise and guidance on my situation. As I am seeking legal counsel f or the damages.

Car goes into limp mode on highway. Shakes very bad and I lose power to my car speed going from 65-70mph to 30-40mph forcing the car trying to get to a safe area to see why my car suddenly lost power. After dodging all the close call accidents from me trying to pull over I come to a complete stop and car is shaking out of control so I turn it off and turn it back on but my car still shakes out of control. After sitting on the side of the road with traffic zipping past me for about 30 minutes I turned my car back on and the shaking went away. Days later the car did it again but I was in city streets I pulled over and turned off the car and waited 30 minutes again. The next day I took it to a mechanic shop and told me the high pressure fuel pump has gone out and there is metal shaving in the gas tank and in the lines. To repair my car it would cost me near $3,500!.

Smoke started coming from the engine and the rear, then came to a complete stop and has not started again. On March 26,2023 my house was total loss due to the 2010 BMW X6 was caught on fire inside the garage. The vehicle has 79xxx mileage and all recall has been check. My two dogs save my life but I did not save them. The dogs was barking while I was in the master bedroom talking to my daughter. As soon I walk to the kitchen I hear crackling, popping noises, and smoke coming from living room. I open the door from the living room to the garage the BMW was on fire.

While driving my vehicle at a speed of approximately 30 mph, I shifted into manual mode, downshifting I order to evade an aggressive driver. I then shifted back to automatic, at approximately 45-50 mph, at which point the engine cut out , the engine light came on and steering was non powered. The car also slipped into neutral. I received an error about stability and was unable to restart the car for several attempts. The car did this 3 times before I reached my destination and was able to allow it to sit. Vanos camshaft fault. Fc 2a82 and fc 2a87. I was driving at a speed of 25mph the reduced engine power light comes on. I stop turn the car off and restart it the light is now off after driving for 10mins the light comes back on there is a loss of power I'm stepping on the gas and the car is not going this has happened nearly each time I've driven the car lately. I take the car to a shop spending almost $1000 to tell me the vanos or camshaft itself is the problem this repair is close to $4000. I see that this is binder recall for 2010 to 2014 models I'm thinking you just forgot us. Help thank you.
BMW dealership in georgia, tbilisi is liar. I visited them for customer car package. Under this ccp must be replaced some parts without checking and some of them after checking. That dealership chamged me only air mass sensors when BMW ag states that vent pipe bank 1 and 2, connecting line bank 1 and 2, aor mass sensors, intake air duct must be replaced on every n63s. Injectors, vacuum pump, chain and some orher parts must be replaced after checking if they are faulty. That dealership lied me that they received new documentations from BMW and only air mass sennsors must be changed. They are liars. My car is under burning risk because they changed only air mass sensors and did not performed the ccp properly. They did not check my timing chain too. My contact number +995 591227222.
Vehicle demonstrates turbo lag. In the stationary position when you press the gas pedal, the vehicle pauses for quite some time but the rpm rises than the vehicle will move forward. This is very concerning as one tries to enter heavy fast moving traffic. Especially when you don't know when the vehicle will move forward as the turbo decides to kick in. Because of the lag, I've placed myself and others at risk of injury as I attempt to enter traffic. When you see an opening to enter traffic, that opening is gone as the lag prevents the car from moving forward at the time required to enter traffic safely. Instead your propelled into traffic, cutting off other drivers that have to break to avoid a collision. This is a daily issue that should be addressed.
I was recently on a highway driving and my car suddenly came to a halt, shaking and vibrating whiles other cars were behind me. I almost lost my life in accident with a trailer truck who quickly maneuvered from behind me. I drove the car to a BMW dealership and I was told that the fuel injectors created that problem. The car has less than 90k miles on it and BMW is refusing to accept the fact that this is safety issue which could have ended my life. I am requesting at this point for bwm to open a campaign for these fuel injectors or the government issue a recall on them. I need all of my BMW X6 fuel injectors replaced by BMW . A service advisor told me , it is best to get all the injectors replaced because this is a common problem with the n63 engine and they have been fighting hard for BMW na to issue a recall on them because it is costing them tons of money in civil suits. Again I need this fuel injectors replaced on my car as quickly as possible because I have no means of transportation to school , work or clinical rotation and this is severely affecting my grades. If no action is taken by BMW , I am very prepared to retain an attorney to file a class suit against them with every dime I have.
Engine malfunction. Engine operating at reduced output. Engine has malfunctioned numerous times. Shuts down to reduced output, without warning and without allowance for traffic conditions, only allowing for 4-5 mph travel. Extreme danger! BMW has a "customer care package" that is a recall, although they are not calling it a recall. However, all parts of recall have been replaced on vehicle and now having to drive a vehicle that has not been fixed, that I am afraid to drive in traffic and do not trust to have enough power to merge onto interstate. BMW is simply throwing parts at a serious problem that has the potential to harm thousands of people.
Was going to lunch approx. 3-4 miles from my home as I pulled into the parking lot, the computer gave a panic warning to immediately turn off the engine as it was overheating and can cause damage. I turned off the motor and was confused as that was the only warning and it appeared that nothing was wrong. I got out of the car and opened the hood. As I was doing so the expansion tank exploded and the hot water shot past me and just caught my right shoulder. Needless to say if this caught me dead on I would have been burned badly. I called the dealer and was told that there was no recall on my vehicle. The dealer also told me to call another dealer as they may have better information. I had the expansion tank replaced and they replaced the coolant. There seems to be a air pocket in the engine and the coolant needs to be topped off after running the engine. If no recall, why not?.
Was slowing vehicle while entering onto interstate ramp at a sharp left. Vehicle shifted into neutral and shut down engine. No ability to steer or brake. Also happened while sitting a traffic light.
