Tl the contact owns a 2013 Buick Enclave. While driving various speeds, the vehicle shook abruptly. The vehicle was taken to soechting motors (603 kingsbury st, seguin, TX 78155, 830-303-4546) where it was diagnosed that the transmission failed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 92,000.
Transmission failure. No reverse and will not shift past second gear. Vehicle is limited to about 15-20 mph.

However, the vehicle continued to hesitate and ride extremely rough as if it would stall frequently. An appointment was made with flow Buick GMC - greensboro (1205 brid Ford pkwy, greensboro, nc 27407, (336) 777-6503) for diagnostic testing. The VIN was not available. The failure mileage was 138,000.
