Motor mount broke potentially causing serious damage to the engine or more. Unknown when it broke, was noticed in routine check. Rear ac and front ac have both quit working properly twice in 2 years: 1st in 2018 and again July 2020. Rear of vehicle above wheel well keeps separating from vehicle for unknown reasons.
Tl- the contact owns a 2015 Buick Enclave. The contact stated that while driving approximately 5 mph when the contact was attempting to pull into a parking space when they hit another vehicle near the driver's side. The contact was not able to see the other vehicle. No airbags deployed. The vehicle was not towed. A police report was filed. No injuries or medical attention was needed. The vehicle was taken to a body shop for repairs. The contact stated that then while idle when a truck came from the side of the vehicle crashing into the driver side of the vehicle when this occurred the contact was not able to see anything in their side view mirror. The airbags did not deploy. A police report was filed. The vehicle was not towed. There were no injuries. The vehicle was returned to the body shop for the driver's side door to be replaced. The contact contacted the dealership (findlay chevy Buick GMC address: 2565 laughlin view dr, bullhead city, az 86429; phone: (928) 754-3400) who only attempted to trade the vehicle in. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The approximate failure mileage was 65,000. Gl.
Bought vehicle September 7, 2015. Vehicle from very start had vibration, wind tunnel sound, and shimmy in steering at highway speeds. Drive vehicle for long period of time you get a headache. After many attempts dealer could not fix this. Dealers attempts to repair drove three other Enclaves which had same problem and GMC acadia with same problem. Told this is normal for vehicle. I tried to return vehicle for my trade in. They said no. Gm district rep. Also said vehicle is normal. I am stuck with this vehicle. Gm knows they have problems but does nothing.
