The contact owns a 2017 Buick Enclave. The contact stated that while attempting to start the vehicle however, the battery failed to provide adequate cold cranking amps (cca) to start the vehicle. The contact replaced the battery himself. The contact noticed the vehicle was unvented. The new battery was reinstalled correctly. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and opened a case regarding the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 80,000.
