The contact owns a 2022 Buick Enclave. The contact stated while driving 75 mph, she heard an abnormal loud popping noise coming from the exterior of the vehicle. The contact veered to the side of the road and inspected the vehicle and noticed that the sunroof glass had shattered. The contact stated there was no object that had struck the sunroof nor any other vehicle nearby that could have caused the sunroof to shatter. The contact was able to continue to drive and the vehicle was taken to a local dealer who inspected the vehicle but could not determine the cause of the failure. The dealer replaced the sunroof glass. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 200.
Front windshield has shadows when high beams pointed on objects like signs traffic lights or lights from a moderate distance, issue only shown at night when your high beams pointed on signs, in addition to road lights from moderate distance shows duplicate lights until you get closer in order for the two lights to be unified as one object. As you can see in the three attached pictures, all the signs has a shadow in addition to the lights it shows that there is another light under the original light while in fact there is only one.
