Tl the contact owns a 2013 Buick Encore. The contact stated that while reversing out of the garage, the brakes squeaked and made a loud abnormal noise. There was no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to sid dillon Buick GMC - fremont dealer (402-317-5718, 2420 e 23rd st, fremont, ne 68025) where the brake pads were replaced. The failure recurred about two years later. The vehicle was taken back to the same dealer where the brake pads and the rotors were replaced on the rear brakes. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and stated that there was no recall.
