The contact owns a 2005 Buick Lacrosse. While driving approximately 55 mph, the steering wheel and front end of the vehicle began to shake. The contact also stated that the vehicle veered to the right. The contact stated that the vehicle was repaired, but the repairs were unknown and the failure persisted. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was unavailable.

2 Suspension problem

Failure Date: 05/18/2005

New Buick lacross; the car wandered around the road. It would all of a sudden go to the left and then to the right. The steering wheel doesn't have to be turned in either of those directions.

3 Suspension problem

Failure Date: 02/14/2005

While driving at any speed steering wheeljerked. Dealership was notified, but did not resolve the problem.
