Failure Date: 12/01/2011

It has been determined by a certified mechanic that the cars rack and pinion assembly on the front suspension, is faulty.

2 Suspension problem

Failure Date: 07/01/2007

The contact owns a 2006 Buick Lacrosse. While driving 35 mph, the front end of the vehicle began to vibrate and veer to the left. The dealer was unable to adjust the front end, however, they installed spacers and shims to eliminate the failure. Nevertheless, the failure has recurred. As of July 3, 2007, the vehicle has not been repaired. The current mileage is 18,000 and failure mileage was 100.
