Approximately one month later, the rear driver side door lock actuator also failed. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the door actuators needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The local dealer and manufacturer were not notified. The failure mileage was 170,000.
