The contact owns a 2009 Buick Lacrosse. While driving approximately 35 mph, the key partially disengaged from the ignition switch and the vehicle stalled. The vehicle rolled to the bottom of the incline and then restarted. The VIN was included in NHTSA campaign number: 14v355000 (electrical system); however, the part needed to perform the repair was unavailable.
