I filed a complaint on 13 September 2010 under odi id number : 10355399. I have recently learned, from the Buick service representative at hennessey Buick, that the mechanic took the transmission apart and what he found was that the 'reverse belt' fell off, disabling the vehicle. The service rep indicated that he had not heard of this happening before.
