1 Instrument Panel problem

The contact owns a 2010 Buick Lacrosse. While driving approximately 65 mph the vehicle suddenly decelerated and all of the warning lights on the instrument panel began flashing erratically. The door locks also began to lock and unlock rapidly; however, the vehicle began to function normally on its own. The vehicle was taken to the dealer previously for diagnostic testing because it would not start and the body module was replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 1,500.

2 Instrument Panel problem

Failure Date: 03/04/2010

Tl- the contact owns a 2010 Buick Lacrosse. While driving, the contact stated that the speedometer and fuel gauge would fluctuate and she was unable to determine how fast or slow she was traveling or how much gasoline was actually in the vehicle. She also noticed that the service stability track and service rear axle indicator lights would illuminate on the instrument panel. The dealer made six attempts to duplicate the failure. The manufacturer was aware of the failure. No repairs were performed. The current mileage was 23,438. The approximate failure mileage was 1,006. Rvk.
