Steering Rack And Pinion problems of the 2010 Buick Lacrosse

C-complaint #10315355. I have the same power steering problem. I purchased my 2010 Buick Lacrosse on Dec 5th. 2009 2-weeks later it was making noise while turning. I called the dealership. I was told the car is brand new not to worry, the noise got louder turned out there was no power steering fluids. I took the car back to the dealer and they couldn't find any problem with the car. 3/weeks later I had it towed to the dealership because my power steering locked (no fluids) they replaced my whole power steering rack & pinion. I was told they forgot to sealed the end. I'm still having the same noise and still working with the dealer trying to fix and to find the problem. I agreed 100% about the mirrors same with the gas/brake pedals. My main concern is the power steering.
