The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 20v764000 (suspension) however, the part to do the recall repair was unavailable. The vehicle was taken to van buren Buick GMC (2257 jericho turnpike, garden city park, NY 11040, (516) 535-9508) and it was confirmed that the part was not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact stated that he was concerned about moving to another state where the repairs might not be covered under the recall. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue.
