One problem related to front seat belt webbing has been reported for the 1999 Buick Lesabre. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Shoulder belt cannot be adjusted low enough to lay flat against the chest and shoulder of the right front passenger. Dealer indicated that this was the way the vehicle wa smanufactured.
