When going from high beam to low beam all headlights go out. Consumer states this does not happen all the time, dealer can not find problem.
While driving at 55 mph heard a noise, and then the right side headlight flipped over onto the hood, and then it broke loose and went in a ditch, consumer took vehicle to dealer, and had headlight repaired. This could be considered unsafe because the wieght of that light could have struck someone or something, causing a fatal accident.
There is shadow in the headlights which causes visibility problems and may result in a crash. Dealer said that the design of the headlights created the shadow.
