Vehicle's right fender inside fiber splash protector shield had been cut away. Also there was a problem with the steering, the power steering pump and steering assembly had to be replaced.
Wind and road noise so loud it is hard to hear passengers or radio. Dealer has tried to fix 6 times. Says Buick is aware of the problem.
