2000 Buick Lesabre caught fire in my driveway. . . . . Not used for 24 - 48 hours.
While starting the vehicle a fire started under the hood, then vehicle exploded. Dealership was notified, but did not resolve the problem.
As consumer pulled into public garage, vehicle stalled. Smoke was coming from under hood. Consumer opened hood and saw flames, closed hood and called fire department. By the time fire department put out fire, vehicle was totalled.
Driver was about to park vehicle when she smelled smoke within seconds flames developed underneath hood. Please provide further information.
