The contact owns a 2001 Buick Lesabre. On four separate occasions, the window fell down into the door. The vehicle was taken to a mechanic and it was discovered that the window regulator failed. The windows have been replaced three separate times and now the fourth will have to be replaced. The current mileage was 108,000 and failure mileage was 42,000. Update 09/10/08 the abs module failed.
