Buick Lesabre owners have reported 2 problems related to brake sensor (under the service brakes category). The most recently reported issues are listed below. Also please check out the statistics and reliability analysis of Buick Lesabre based on all problems reported for the Lesabre.
Front calipers do not fully engage and the "check stability control" warning occurs, making turning/braking rather challenging. It seems to occur random. It does need the steering wheel position sensor and not sure if the sensor is causing this issues as well. This has occurred several times, but not enough for a definitive pattern.

Brakes are spongy; partially due to a racing engine, it takes more pressure to apply the brakes for what would be considered a routine stop. The engine has 'automatic cruise control' which distorts normal driving sensors. I drove a similar Buick for a day and it didn't require me to brake frequently to avoid exceeding our condo area's speed limit.
