One problem related to front seat heater/cooler has been reported for the 1996 Buick Park Avenue. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Heating element in the drivers side seat has caused burn marks to appear in leather material of seat. There was no open fire. However, material was burned, and could be considered a safety defect. Seat padding as well as leather seat covering was burned from bottom to surface of seat.
