One problem related to tank filler pipe and cap has been reported for the 1997 Buick Park Avenue. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
When filling gas tank and reaches full capacity, it kicks off the automatic nozzle and gasoline will spill onto vehicle and ground. In addition, windshield had to be replaced due to a visual defect in the driver's area. The replacement windhshield causes a double image and is very distracting.
