Door Latch problems of the 1998 Buick Park Avenue

Door cannot be opened from the outside. Dealer states door's latch mechanism broke.

Door lock failed.

4 Door Latch problem

Failure Date: 01/01/1901

1998 Buick Park Avenue drivers door handle malfunctioned. The tabs on the handle broke, therefore the door could not be opened from the outside.

5 Door Latch problem

The right rear passenger door fails to unlock by using electronic locking button or manually pulling on the door lock. The cause of the problem has not been determined. Please describe details.
