One problem related to tail light has been reported for the 1999 Buick Park Avenue. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Vehicle has extended braking distance, mostly in wet conditions. When coming from car wash, pedal goes amost to floor. Also, rotors have been replaced 3 times. The tail light always had water in it. The driver seat panel for electric seats was broken. A driver side lock was broken as well. The dealer pointed out that the vehicle's warranty had expired.
