Two problems related to horn assembly have been reported for the 1996 Buick Regal. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Vehicle stalled intermittently while driving 30-40 mph, and the wiring connected to the horn overheated and become inoperative. Dealer was not contacted.
When vehicle is parked over night horn is inoperable until after vehicle has completely warmed up, cause unknown. Please give any further details.
